Thursday - And Miles to go before I Sleep

 I stole this picture from Dawn cause I plan on using it as an excuse, ha ha!  I don't have but a minute to post this entry if I am going to exercise before I head off to work.  Depending on how tired I am I may not squeeze in exercise in the next couple of days as I am working Thurs/Fri/Sat.  Don't usually work more than two in a row, but I got bamboozled into switching a shift with someone.  Seriously was sleep deprived when I agreed to that one.  Better get to it!

Oh...I forgot to add that my height is 4'10 for those who don't know and thus according to BMI charts (26.5 yesterday) I am overweight and headed for certain doom!  AHhhhhhhhhh!

Weight: 125.2
Difference: 1lb (water weight I'm sure)

Exercise: Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred 20 minutes

good for you, De, on the exercising and the 1 pound (water weight or whatever, we'll take it) loss!!

take care of yourself; I know its hard to work so many days like that; do get some sleep when you can

Good luck, keep it up, De.  I did the slim in 6 and after 2 weeks really started seeing a difference.  The hardest was the 48 hour fast at the beginning.  I thought I was dying midway through the second day and thought I would eat everything in site the next morning... but I never did... food just wasn't that appealing.  Now I am trying to get back on the diet horse and lose the 5 pounds I gained since the wedding so I'll be ready for the beach, and NOT look like a beached whale in 2 weeks...

Cheers to everyone trying to lose the battle of the, eek, midlife bulge... ;D
