Okay...for all those following in J-Land, the end of the first week of Kindergarten has arrived. And, we are much happier I might add. Here is our conversation today:
(Me) Hi! How was school today?
(Caleb) I had fun...can I have some candy?
(Me) Were you good today? Oh yes...I see your smiley face (good boy sign). Okay we can get candy today.
After getting candy:
(Caleb) I don't ever want to get older no more.
(Me) You don't? Why not?
(Caleb) Cause I want to stay 5 year old forever.
(Me) Oh...so now you like being 5?
(Caleb) Yes...It's great to be 5! (phrase stolen from Little Bill cartoon).
Pics are of the first day before he met "that boy with the sticking up hair" and got in trouble for "jumping up and down like a frog" and consequently having to "sit with the girls".
Maybe this kindergarten thing will be okay after all!

How ADORABLE he looks...and he has gotten so much taller!! I enjoyed looking at the pics..I miss ya'll so much now. Paige wants me to tell you to tell Caleb hello and that we will send u pics soon!! Have a great weeek at school Caleb!!
